FEE STRUCTURE FOR OUR IMMIGRATION SERVICES Initial Consultation: One-hour(1-hr)consultation to assess and advise on your application – £150. Consultation with a written advice -£200 Leave to Remain in the UK (Spouse/Partner): -£800 Entry Clearance Application (Spouse/Fiancée/Dependent Children): -£900 Extension of Leave to Remain (Spouse/Partner): -£800 Extension of Leave to Remain for family (Main applicant): £800, £500 for each dependent thereafter Indefinite Leave to Remain as Spouse:-£900 Citizenship and Naturalisation: -£900 British Passport application-£500 Skilled Worker Visa: £800 Minister of Religion T2 Visa Applications: £900 Minister of Religion T2 Visa Extensions: £900 Student Visa (In-Country): £800 Student Entry Clearance Visa: £900 Tourist Visa-£1000 Business visitor visa -£1000 Global Talent visa -£1000 Leave Outside the Immigration Rules Applications: £1200 Long Residence Applications: £1300 EU Settlement Status Applications: £900 Discretionary Leave/Indefinite Leave: £1000 Humanitarian Leave/Indefinite Leave: £1000 Asylum Application: £800 Asylum Application (Indefinite Leave): £900 Family Reunion application per person £800 Application for Travel Documents £700 Immigration Appeal (Non-Asylum): £1500 (excluding travel costs for hearings outside Birmingham) Asylum Appeal: £1500 (excluding travel costs for hearings outside Birmingham) Bail Applications (CIO or Immigration Tribunal): £1000 (excluding travel costs outside Birmingham) Administrative Review: £700 Drafting & Filing Permission to Appeal (Existing Clients): £600 (excluding hearing fees) Drafting & Filing Permission to Appeal (New Clients): £750 Judicial Review Application: £2000 (excluding counsel and court filing fees) All these fees are solely professional fees to be paid to our lawyers and excludes costs and Disbursements related to your matter, such as Home Office or court fees, which would be paid by you directly.
FAMILY LAW J & J Solicitors provides the following Family Law services with the attached fees: 1st consultation up to 1 hour £200. Pre/Post-Nuptial Agreements: £700 1st consultation up to 1 hour with a letter to a partner or ex-spouse £300 Divorce Proceedings: £1000 (excluding court filing fees) for petitioner Divorce/dissolution of civil partnership (respondent uncontested): £1000 Child Custody/Support and Contact Arrangements: £1000 – £2000 (depending on complexity) Domestic Violence Protection/Non Mol applications: £1300 Mediation Services: £800 Financial Settlements: £3000 for each stage (depending on complexity) and exclude counsel’s fee. Separation Agreements/ Parental agreement: £900 Counsels fee is usually provided by the chambers and communicated to the client for approval. Note that all payments listed in the schedule are professional fees. Disbursements: Any third-party costs related to family law matters, such as court filing fees, will be paid by you directly.
EMPLOYMENT LAW We have competent lawyers managing our Employment law unit. Whether you are an employer or an employee, you are safe in our hands. We have done well on issues of discrimination, sexual harassment in the office, bullying, unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, breach of contract of employment, redundancy, health and safety issue, whistle blowing and many other challenges as the need arises for both employers and employees. Please note our fee’s structure below: 1st consultation on employment matters £150 Reviewing/drafting Employment Contracts for employers: £400 – £500 Reviewing Employment Contracts for Employees £200 Disciplinary/Grievance Procedure Representation: £500 – £800 Employment Tribunal Hearings Representation: £1500 – £2500 (excluding disbursements) Drafting and Negotiation of Settlement Agreements: £1000 Counsel fees for tribunal hearings range from £1250 – £2500 per day, depending on the advocate’s experience. This will be communicated to the client and agreed before counsel’s appearance.
